The coffee quiz answer!!!
The coffee quiz question was: how many lbs. of pressure does it take to help create a perfect shot of espresso?
Answer:It takes 5 lbs. of pressure when using a hand tamper on the perfectly ground espresso any more than that and it will become too firmly packed and you'll end up with a yucky burned tasting shot!!! Thanks for playing;) Happy Tuesday everyone.
